Our items are sent out by Australia Post. Although, We try our best to post items on the following day once payment received, it may takes 2-4 working days for items to be despatched, depending on stock availability and the order load we are handling. We will send a credit card authorization form to confirm your order and will wait for your reply to make sure you have placed the order. Once we received the confirmation email from you, we will process your order. This is to avoid any inappropriate/unauthorized order transactions. If you have requested for Express Post, please check your email regularly and get back to us as soon as possible to that we can proceed your order. Once your full payment is received and cleared, your order is being 'processed'.
Your order is dispatched, it will be notify you via an automated email response. Once items have been posted, please remember that the postal system is out of our hands and that delivery times may vary. Parcels that are sent via regular service do not have a tracking number. To ensure you can track your order, Please choose the registered or express service. If you have any concern about your order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For orders within Australia, Parcels that are not received or missing is least likely to happen. However, we will do our best to contact AusPost to locate items. Normally standard post is hard to be tracked so if you are concerned about your parcel, please choose shipping via tracked or express post. If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days, please contact us via email at email@example.com so that we can do an inquiry with AusPost.
For International orders, any 'holds' put on by Customs are beyond our control. There is a minimum 30 working day period, and if you have not received your parcel, please email and will investigate further.

Within Australia: Orders are based on their weight, up to 500g, Postage is $3.00.
Weight 500g and above, postage will be flat rate of 9.90 including tracking number.

International delivery: For all orders, Flat rate of $24.95 regardless of weight or destination. Usually takes 4-6 business days for delivery. Please note: international orders may require customs tax and duty in your country. Please check your local tax laws before placing an order with us to ensure smooth delivery. Hijabis Au does not cover the cost of customs tax and duty. If International Express Postage is required, send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work to give you the best quotes for Express Postage.

REASON FOR RETURN
It has to be submitted within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will investigate your request for Return and process the order. Please note that it takes up to 7 working days to process your request. All returns or exchanges will be accepted on item/s that are in original state, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition will not be refunded. Please note of the color of your item as all pictures taken are affected by lighting and can affect the color of the picture. Unless it is a completely wrong color, refund will not be issued.
Returned items will be refunded at the price originally paid upon purchase. Please ensure the item/s are posted back to us within 5 working days. Shipping returns will be on customers own expense. Registered mail will be the best option as we will not be responsible for lost of the return item/s. Once refund is approved, it will be accounted back to the account of original payment made. Please carefully read the description of the item you intend to purchase or feel free to email to clear your query. We will try our best to give you the best opinion of the item/s you intend to purchase. This will prevent from Returns to take place. Do have a read of the product review of existing customers to give you better understanding of the items.
We take every care to ensure that items are thoroughly checked for faults upon despatch. Often we carry out a total of 3 verification checks on items, to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. However, there are times where faults are overseen, and you may receive a faulty item. From time to time, we may ask you to email us a photograph of the fault in advance, so that we may investigate the problem in other stock in our premises. You must provide a reason for return for every item/s that you wish to return. Please ensure the item/s are posted back to us within 5 working days. The faulty item/s that are being returned will be refunded in full. Please note that we do not accept returns on 'SALE' items which have minor faults already on them. Faulty items that have been worn and had the fault made worse will not be eligible for a return or refund. Faulty items will be eligible for an exchange or refund on the postage cost for you to send the item/s back to us. We will only cover postage cost in this case for the item returned to us via standard post. We will not cover courier charges or Express Delivery charges. Please retain proof of postage.
